Traditional Values
Established in 1976, Roofe Catering Butchers was built on traditional values, that have helped the company steadily grow with the success of their customers. Supplying quality locally sourced meat and poultry to the hospitality and catering industry in the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
In 2018, HG Blake acquired the local catering butchers, to run alongside HG Blake Ltd’s abattoir business. Through these two family businesses working together, they’re able to combine their strengths to provide full traceability of their products.
Looking to the future, Roofe Catering Butchers and HG Blake are dedicated to providing all customers a food chain system like no other. Guaranteeing full traceability from the carefully selected local farms to processing at the abattoir to the delivery of meat from their catering butchers.
